Old buildings over 20 years after completion account for 58.2% of all in Korea. Moreover, built 30 ago with weak insulation levels have a significant impact on energy consumption the building sector. Therefore, improving performance existing is critical. In addition, green remodeling old public currently being implemented accordance mandatory zero-energy construction policy. Korea, ECO2 based ISO 13790 and DIN V 18599 program used officially to evaluate efficiency ratings independence rates.
